Yes. As long as you haven’t activated the key, you can return it within 14 days via the self-service form — you get a full refund. You can also reach out to hi@grafcet.io. Activating the key starts the service and your right of withdrawal expires (§ 356(5) German Civil Code).

Paddle is the Merchant of Record (based in London) and therefore the official seller of the license. Paddle handles payment, invoicing and the correct VAT/sales tax worldwide. This makes it easy to offer licenses quickly and securely in many countries.

Which methods are available depends on your device and country — Paddle automatically shows the right ones, typically credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Schools and businesses can pay by invoice/bank transfer on request.

No. There is no auto-renewal and no subscription trap. When your license expires, you decide whether to buy a new one.

Your existing GRAFCETs are kept. You only lose the PRO features, and the free limit of 3 cloud GRAFCETs applies again: the 3 most recently edited stay accessible, all others are locked and kept for another 90 days. During this time you can download all of your GRAFCETs together as a ZIP at any time. After that, the locked ones are automatically deleted.

Yes, on request. Use "Request an invoice" to receive an invoice (payment by bank transfer), payable within 14 days. Ideal for schools, universities and companies.

PRO is for anyone who works alone and wants to keep their GRAFCETs in their own online storage, for example apprentices, students, teachers preparing lessons and professionals at work. GROUP PRO is for teachers and trainers with many changing learners: the group works without its own accounts and without personal data, even on shared computers.

As many as people working with grafcet.io at the same time. One access is one browser – several tabs in the same browser count as one access. Classes that work one after another use the same accesses. A license includes at least 3 accesses.

The price is the same for everyone and deliberately kept low, including for educational institutions. You only pay for concurrent accesses, not per student, so several classes share the same accesses over the day.

Students need neither an account nor an email address, and they are not asked for their name. This keeps the data collected to a minimum. They never see your login details: they only use the access code or the access link.

Anyone who then enters the access code or opens the access link sees a message that all accesses are in use right now and can try again in a moment. An access becomes free on its own as soon as all grafcet.io tabs in a browser are closed or no grafcet.io tab has been visible there for about 3 minutes (another tab, a minimised window, a locked screen). Anyone who comes back carries on working as long as an access is free.

Yes, for apprenticeships and training courses: one person manages the license, and participants work without an account of their own. If you want to store your own GRAFCETs online permanently, for example as an engineering team, several PRO licenses are the better choice – each with its own account and online storage.
