Refund Policy

The seller and contracting party of the purchase contract is Paddle.com Market Limited acting as Merchant of Record (authorised reseller); payment and refunds are handled by Paddle. Curved Corner UG (haftungsbeschränkt) provides the software and is your point of contact for support and for processing your withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded. The seller and contracting party of the purchase contract is Paddle.com Market Limited (Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) acting as Merchant of Record; the withdrawal is therefore legally directed at Paddle. To exercise your right of withdrawal, a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract is sufficient. You have the following options: (1) the self-service form on this page, as long as the licence key has not been activated; (2) an email to Curved Corner UG (haftungsbeschränkt) at hi@grafcet.io, which forwards your withdrawal to Paddle or triggers the refund there; or (3) a statement directly to Paddle.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, Paddle as the seller shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which notification of your withdrawal from this contract was received. The same means of payment that you used for the original transaction will be used for the reimbursement. Your license key will be deactivated after the withdrawal.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely when you activate the license key, as this begins the delivery of digital content. By activating the license key, you expressly consent to the delivery of digital content beginning and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal through this consent (§ 356 para. 5 BGB, German Civil Code). The consent and the notice that the right of withdrawal lapses are additionally confirmed to you by confirmation email (durable medium under § 126b BGB).

Return your licence key

As long as you have not activated the licence key yet, you can trigger the refund right here. The amount is refunded by Paddle to your original payment method.
